Reviewers do not disclose their intent to review to the boon or to the detriment of any particular establishment.

One reviewer, determined in advance, will always order the recommendation of the waiter for their mains.

While each review takes on its own spirit the things we focus on are three-fold:

As a disclaimer to our readers: we have visited many of these restaurants in the past, sometimes many times, and perhaps even have worked there. We will, to the best of our abilities, reject all foreknowledge and bias and give honest accounts of the meals we enjoy, and the meals we find… tedious. For this reason, we have opted to use pseudonyms, if not for anonymity, then at least for deniability.

Our reviews, for better or worse, will reflect our honest opinions without love or malice.
